What are the buying costs?

All our houses are constructed to the highest specifications, and offer great benefits to buyers including:

  • No stamp duty

Your monthly bills…

Buyers simply pay for the cost of the home and any customised features they request.

All our new homes are energy-efficient and promote sustainable living to protect our environment, and also ease the burden on your pocket. Property owners pay a fortnightly site fee towards the upkeep of the resort. In addition, the only other costs are for metered electricity and water. Most residents  may be eligible for Centrelink rent assistance (reviewed 2x per year) to help reduce their site fees. In addition, the only other costs are for monthly metered electricity and water.

Telecommunications; calls within the village are free.


No exit fees…

When the time comes and you decide to sell your home, there will be no exit fees payable on your departure. The only expense will be a sales commission payable to facilitate the sale of your property. And the best part is, you get to keep all your capital gains!
