I own my beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful, and safe environment. The Management team is approachable and friendly and look after the bowling green, pools, rec hall, and common areas. Where else can you have facilities you don’t have to maintain and so many free activities, with just a short walk home without worry? Living in Claremont Resort has kept me young at heart!
Where else can you store, rent and live while waiting for your home to be built for minimal cost, assisted all the way through the building process by management, staff, tradies and builders making the whole progression hassle free from start to finish. We are surrounded by pristine common grounds and all residents take pride in their homes and gardens. We have so many social activities that our calendar is full and we find ourselves juggling activities to fit all in. We were made to feel welcome and accepted by the Residents Association, social and bowling clubs as well as other residents within the community. 24 hour – 7 days a week independent access via resident key to all facilities is a bonus. Add to this close proximity to shops, doctors, chemist, hairdresser, hotels, public phone and post box outside the main entrance and security within the village. We have it all!”
Claremont was the one village to give us the freedom to build what we wanted to build and we basically designed our own home. The other villages we looked at were just too restrictive.
We don’t have noisy parties, it’s very tranquil. After my husband’s death, the people and management were just so supportive at helping me out.
My biggest challenge was he wouldn’t be happy with nothing to do and there are lots of things to do at Claremont. You only have to get out and do it.
“I get involved in the Lawn Bowls and the Variety club, and I also call Bingo on Saturday nights once a month. You can do as much as you like or as little as you like. I liked the Utopian lifestyle that attracted me here.”
Moving into Claremont Resort and building our house was the best decision we ever made. From the very first time we walked in the gates to the most exciting moment of being handed the keys to our new home, we never felt worried or regretted our decision once. The building process was so much easier than we ever imagined – nothing like the trauma and worry associated when you build a house normally! Any queries or concerns we did have were handled promptly and efficiently – so no sleepless nights for us! Now we’ve moved in we couldn’t be happier – the house is excellent, the neighbours are lovely, the facilities are great and we have a very nice management team – how lucky are we?
